砂锅咖喱巴丁鱼
.
食材料:
巴丁鱼 1条 1kg (切成大块)
红辣椒 3条
豆腐卜 5粒
咸鱼肉 1片
长茄子 1粒(切成大块形)
小秋葵 5条
红蕃茄 2粒(切成大块形)
绿长豆 3条
紫洋葱 1粒
马铃薯 2粒(去皮切成大块炸香)

调味料:
鱼咖喱酱 2包
浓椰浆 100克
小红葱 5粒(剁茸)
咖喱叶 适量
枫柑叶 3片
香茅段 2支(拍扁)
小米椒 3条(拍扁)
鱼露汁 1汤匙
幼盐 粉 1小匙
江鱼仔汤包 2包(先熬好汤水)

烹饪技巧:。
.
1. 将巴丁鱼退冰后切割成大块形,加入少许调味料腌制人味备炸脆,把蔬菜类清洗干净切割好备煮,
.
2.开锅油烧热炸巴丁鱼肉块,马铃薯块,茄子,长豆,锅里下少许油煎香咸鱼,小红葱,咖喱叶,香茅段,小米椒和咖喱酱爆香后,加入适量的江鱼仔汤水和调味料煮沸后,倒入蔬菜类和炸过的巴丁鱼块煮至熟,再加入适量的椰浆后,起锅转换去砂锅里煮沸后,即可上桌,配白饭或是白灼米粉吃,,好好享用香辣美味砂锅咖喱巴丁鱼喽,,!!
