Dep Soon Steel Sdn. Bhd.

1981 - On 15th June, 1981, LIP SOON INDUSTRIES COMPANY was established and founded by Mr. SS NGAN as a small and humble manufacturer of steel products and moulds in a factory located at Jalan Batu Belah, Klang.

1983 - On 16th September, 1983, we have changed our company name to DEP SOON INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.

Throughout the years of business expansion, to cater towards the demands of our valued customers and market needs, we have diversified into steel trading and steel servicing business.

1998 – On 11th Sept, 1998, DEP SOON STEEL & TRADING, was established as a first branch under DEP SOON INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. with the beginning of the evolution through successive generations, Mr. CM NGAN.

With this diversification, we further expand our business focus and direction to venture into steel trading and services by supplying high quality steel plates and products at this branch warehouse in Taman Klang Utama, Klang.
 
2007 - As our business grew significantly, we have invested in modernized machineries to build a foundation strength that offers technological solutions and innovative engineering ideas to satisfy the expectations of customers and fit the ever-changing needs of the markets.

On 7th August, 2007, we have incorporated both Dep Soon Industries Sdn Bhd and Dep Soon Steel & Trading as one under Dep Soon Steel Sdn. Bhd.

2012 - Following the rapid expansion of the business, we have decided to acquire a bigger plant and constructed a new modern company headquarter with a two-storey office building at Jalan Kapar, Klang.

On 9th October, 2012, both Dep Soon Industries Sdn Bhd factory and Dep Soon Steel & Trading warehouse were relocated to this headquarter at Jalan Kapar, Klang and since then operated as Dep Soon Steel Sdn. Bhd.

With the incorporation, Dep Soon Steel Sdn. Bhd. never ceases to challenge itself to set the path and strive to achieve yet another milestone in its corporate growth and expansion. We set our vision and drive our mission to brand ourselves as a “Reliable Steel Partner For Innovative Steel Solutions”, with our commitments for continuous improvement on excellence in services and being entrusted as one of the reputable distributors and traders of high quality steel plates and steel products.
