Responsibilities	• To carry out material identification, perform fitness inspection and relevant NDTs for ITP • Implementation of “In Plant Quality Plan” and In Plant Check List” • Conduct welder procedure qualification and welder performance test • Conduct pneumatic testing etc as necessary • Ensure all material identification, destructive and nondestructive testing are carried out on regular basis so that production is not held up • To check and ensure only welders qualified on specific procedures are allowed to weld on this procedures • To work on, coordinate, monitor and control of all works related to project documentation • To ensure all QA/QC documents are documented and recorded to the standard of company proper system • And other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time
