Product Features:
This product is a tough and elastic solid at room temperature. When heated, it becomes
a liquid that can immerse metals. After cooling, it forms a transparent plastic protective film.
The cured film is transparent, elastic, waterproof, oil-resistant, and solvent-resistant.
It does not deform under stacking pressure and can be used for long-term rust prevention.
It is easy to peel off manually.
It has excellent shielding function, providing long-term protection for metal products, and
also acts as a cushion to prevent impact and friction.
Product Applications:
Used for surface protection of various metal surfaces. Suitable for copper, aluminum,
stainless steel, and other products. Ideal for tools with cutting edges, such as knives,
drill bits, woodworking tools, surgical knives, etc.
Suitable for precision components such as needle valves, couplings, plunger assemblies,
oil valve assemblies, gears, spindles, molds, military equipment, etc.
Instructions for Use:
Place the product as a whole or in smaller pieces into a temperature-controlled pot,
maintaining the temperature around 130-135°C until the solid melts into a liquid.
Once there are no air bubbles in the liquid, immerse the components for 1-2 seconds.
Remove the components and let them cool naturally at room temperature, forming a
5-10mm film layer. The longer the immersion time at lower temperatures, the thicker
the film layer will be. Once the film layer is cured and shaped, it can be packaged
accordingly.
Precautions:
Professional constant temperature pot is required for balanced heating. This product is
suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -50°C to 100°C. Heating should not
exceed 160°C, and the curing time at room temperature should be less than or equal to
3 seconds.
Do not mix this product with other products. Maintain good ventilation in the working area
and strictly prohibit smoking or open flames. Store in a cool and dry place.
This product complies with European environmental requirements and can come into
contact with the skin safely.
