材料
  
茄子1颗大约300克,姜花1朵(切碎),嫩姜2寸(切碎)、
小辣椒1条(切碎),红辣椒1条(切碎),
素虾米1汤匙(炸油准备),西兰花1颗,芫茜少许(摆盘用)
 

調味料  


 有机烹饪椰子油2汤匙,梅子浆4汤匙,紫苏梅汁1汤匙
極釀傳統醬油1汤匙、花菇高鲜1茶匙、黄糖1汤匙
極釀豉油皇1汤匙


 
作法    

1) 茄子切伞形,热水蒸大约10分钟后,备用。
2) 热锅下油爆香姜,小辣椒、红辣椒,姜花及素虾米。
3) 加上梅子浆、紫苏梅汁、花菇高鲜、黄糖及酱油调味煮热关火。
4) 把酱料铺在蒸好的茄子上摆盘即可享用。
