With our Active Service Contract you can secure a service package for your vacuum and overpressure systems.
The Active Service Contract is made up of service and maintenance on the components defined by you in accordance to the manufacturer's standards.
This service is offered at a fixed annual , quarterly or monthly rate including any necessary spare parts and a defined , guaranteed level of availability of your equipment.
We use Busch , Leybold , Becker genuine spare parts and every contract also includes a
24/7 emergency service.
Service in detail :
We first need to assess the quantity , type and condition of your vacuum and overpressure systems.
On the basis of this information , you will receive a written quotation with a proposed maintenance plan.
Based on our recommendations we offer you a service package tailored to your needs , that includes maintenance with oil and oil filter replacement and if required , additional replacement of the inlet and exhaust filters.
All servicing is carried out as part of the maintenance plan. Maintenance work is scheduled after consultation.
