Industry Training
Learning Objectives:
- To allow the participants to experience real-life working environment, solve real software engineering problems, learn how to communicate with peers, to perform tasks assign by their immediate supervisor/manager, and to perform the duties and responsibilities of en employee as an intern.
- Alternatively, the participant can also work at SBIT Training Academy as an intern (Academic Training), where the same working conditions apply.
- Participants are to complete daily tasks assign, write daily reports, and learn while on the job.
- An advisor/supervisor/manager will be assigned to overlook the progress of the participant, and give feedback/appraisal to the participant.
- After the period of 4 months, the existing employer may choose to confirm the participant as permanent staff, upon which a new employment contract/letter shall be offered to the participant.
