Bertoli Laboratory High-Pressure Homogenizer - Galileo Series
The Bertoli Homogenizers and High Pressure Pumps from the Galileo Series are a sanitary execution and therefore very suitable for food processing. Designed specifically for the sanitary industries, all parts of the homogenizers are made to comply with the strict food and pharmaceutical international standrads.
The Bertoli homogenizer Galileo Series and high-pressure pumps can reach industrial productions up to 22,000 l/h and maximum working capacities up to 1,500 bar with their Starline Plus edition. The modern design was specially conceived to guarantee high reliability and easy maintenance. It is especially suitable for use in dairy farming and for fruit juice homogenization. With its closed-cabinet design, our homogenizer has good soundproofing, allowing a quiet operation. The high-pressure homogenizer comes with poppet valves, allowing both high and low-viscous products to emulsify and homogenize efficiently with minimal maintenance needed.
The Galileo series homogenizing machine also comes with a smaller version that has a single plunger. With a low water consumption of 10 litres per hour, this range of homogenizer is suitable to be feeded with syringes. ATEX configurations is available as well
