The founders, a husband and wife team, in their 30-year journey in life insurance, realized that there were countless un-serviced policies in the market and saw that the market was not being served. The founders and husband and wife, in their 30 years of life insurance journey, realized that there were countless unserviced policies in the market, and that many customers were facing claims without professional consultation, assistance and handling, resulting in the loss of life insurance. In addition, we have seen many customers not receiving professional counseling, assistance and treatment during the claims process, resulting in delayed compensation or even claim failure.
After these valuable experiences, which gave the couple great inspiration and prompting, they developed a (service program) to assist their clients in solving the problems of the moment.
The A SOLUTION team started with just 2 individuals in its inception, and today, people of different ages gather together. They have nurtured 7 generations of direct unit agents, with agencies located in the states of Peninsular Malaysia, Pahang, the Klang Valley, and Johor, continuing to provide insurance services and consultations to a wide range of customers.
In addition, A SOLUTION is also a member of SUPREMACY INTEGRITY BERHAD (SIB).
SIB has more than 40 service centers and around 500 agents across the Malaysian Peninsula. With a comprehensive training system and experienced guidance, we grow and soar together with our customers.
