PCA Steel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2016 by Mr Albert Ang Peng Chun, who has over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering metal fabrication. Situated in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, PCA Steel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is expert in metal fabrication covering industrial and residential needs, such as, platform, metal rack, main gate, awning etc.. The company also specialises in CNC milling and CNC turning job, which is mass-producing high precision machined spare parts. In recent years, the company has served the demands from oversea, mainly Singapore, for industry products and machining parts export. In PCA, the work is dedicated to ensure the best solutions are brought to the clients’ needs.
Delivering the best quality to the customers as the top priority, the company utilises several cutting-edge machines C Fiber Laser cutting machine, rolling pipe bender, Hydraulic NC press brake machine, to name a few, together with a team of adept staffs, to produce the finest result in time at the customers’ satisfactory level. PCA also chose to use the brand new 3-axis and 3+2-axis CNC milling machines to produce the machine spare parts at the highest precision.
Over the years, the company’s size had grown from 4 fabrication machines and 2 CNC milling, to now 6 fabrication machines, 9 CNC milling and 4 CNC turning machines; manpower grown from 14pax to 30pax.
