In year 2013, our founder Henry Tan found that a lot of Malaysian signage companies purchased a lot of machines from suppliers and ended up with no more after-sales service. When customers found other companies, they may overcharge or not accept the case, so Henry Tan decided to open a company (HK SUPPORTS) that specialised in repairing and maintaining those machines that no longer had service from their previous suppliers, and charge only a fair price in all cases. In year 2014, Henry Tan found out that a lot of new standalone or freelance salesmen started to import the machines by themselves, and HK SUPPORTS (M) SDN BHD were born to help customers choose the best-cost, most-stabil machine for their needs.
