FUNCTIONS:
a. Relaxing hip joints and lumbar and dorsal muscles.
b. Developing the strength of upper limbs and lumber and abdominal muscles.
INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Lean with back against the arch and hold the handrail tightly. Bend the body backwards slowly until the lumbar and abdominal muscles are fully stretched.
b. Sit on the arch with both hands holding the handrail, support the weight of body with arms, lift legs and keep them horizontal for a few seconds.
c. Slant the body to hold the handrail and do push-ups.
