2.	PROGRAMME REVIEW
	Before embarking on ISO 9001:2015 and along the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), key staff shall possess a clear understanding on what ISO 9000 QMS is and how the standard can be integrated into the company's objectives in order to optimise maximum benefits from this International Standard. Besides the ISO 9001 QMS requirements, the philosophy of process-approach that aims to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement shall be embraced in the organization system.  The PDCA concept in line with the eight quality management principles that are advocated by distinguished quality gurus form a fundamental and yet an important platform in formulating the organization quality management system. It is therefore understood that the organization’s top management and key staff shall be aware of and appreciate the requirements of this Internal Standard as well as the essence of those fundamental concepts in order to ensure that formulated QMS is complying with the Standard.

	This course is designed for quality management representatives, top management, quality management staffs who are involved in the developing and formulating of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
