chopped lotus root
1 piece chicken thigh
1 stalk coriander
1 chopped green onion
1 tbsp chopped dried shrimp
Seasoning:

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
a little pepper
Potato flour amount
Cooking Tips:
1. After the Prawn Paste has been slid off the ice, add it, the chicken thighs, chopped coriander, onion, ginger and garlic and a little seasoning, stir well and set aside.
2.
