On-site Network Troubleshooting.
An Office customer located at Kota kemuning Shah Alam ,called us to come to their office to check an issue with their Internet Connection. We troubleshoot and found out some fault with their Unifi Router configuration and we reconfigured it.
Upon completion we Inspected all their Computers and Network LAN cabling to ensure devices are back Online. Customer was very satisfied with our response time and efficiency
