Vision Foam Ind Sdn Bhd started in year 1978 as one of the pioneer PU foam manufacturer in Malaysia. After the retirement of the company's founder, the company was renamed to Vision Foam Ind Sdn Bhd in November, 2017.
The company is now managed by a very experience and professional Chemist, with over 30 years of experience in Flexible Polyurethane Foam manufacturing environment. With our great expertise and technical know how in P.U foam technology, we are able to provide and fulfill customer requirements from various industries and gain strong customers' satisfactory and support.
Our premises is located in Selangor, Malaysia. The company's business has been growing rapidly over the years, even during the Covid 19 Pandemic. In able to cope with the increasing demands from our customers, our new factory plant located in Ijok, Selangor is under construction and expected to be ready by early 2022.
In Vision Foam Ind, we specialise in providing Flexible Polyurethane (P.U) Foam using world's latest Fully Computerised Hi-Tech Max Foaming System and Semi Auto Batch Foaming system. With fully automated process, we are able to reduce our processing cost, as well as to ensure products quality consistency.
Our products are used for a diverse range of needs which include Bedding, Furniture, Packaging, Automotive, Garments, Sports, Acoustic, Healthcare, Cleaning and etc, we also provide custome made to order service. We are very particular on quality control, where we test our P.U foam products' Physical Properties ( Hardness, Density, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Compression Set, Ball Rebound etc ) on every batch of foaming process in our laboratory in accordance with ASTM standard. Therefore all the foam products from Vision Foam Sdn Bhd has passed through rigorous quality control before we deliver to customers.
