Responsibilities	*Pre-tender :Quotation inquiry, Taking off, Prepare Costing Analysis *Post contract management :planning , arrangement & Contractual administration, Process claim and sub-con claim, VO, Final account *Resources award inc. sub-contractor, material, machinery and etc. *To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers. *To conduct frequent site visits *To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
