Laser Business Machines Sdn Bhd is a professional Copier Machine solution provider. Our premise is situated in Melaka, Malaysia.
In Laser Business Machines, all machines sold by us are fully cover by warranty on manufacturing defect. For new machinery the warranty period is 12 months. 6 months or 50,000 copies on whichever come first is apply for B&W re-conditional copiers only. We provide 24 hours service base on the office working hours. If the machine is out of order for more than 2 days, and our people still cannot rectify it we will change the machine of same capacity (this is only apply to copier on rental only) to our customer. For TMSA (Total Service Maintenance Agreement) customer we will bring back the machine for repair but instead we will loan them another machine.
