• Original & Copy Of Applicant's Passport
• Form IMM. 55 (1 Copy)
• Form IMM. 38 (1 Copy, If Applicable) – for visa requirement country
• Original & Copy of Fixed Deposit
• Original & Copy of Confirmation Letter From Bank
• Original & Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
• Original & Copy of Health Insurance
• Original Medical Report (RB II Form) (Available at MM2H Immigration Unit)

B. Approved on monthly Government Pension income
To prepare the following documents and payment:

• Letter of Intent by The Principal
• Cover Letter by MM2H registered agent (if applicable)
• Original & Copy Of Applicant's Passport
• Form IMM. 55 (1 Copy)
• Form IMM. 38 (1 Copy, If Applicable) – for visa requirement country
• Current Proof Of the latest 3 Months Government Pension Income RM10,000 And Above
• Original & Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
• Original & Copy of Health Insurance
• Original Medical Report (RB II Form) (Available at MM2H Immigration Unit)
