We work closely with all stakeholders of projects to deliver a cost effectiveness design yet up to the requirement of customers. This is by coordinating with architecture, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical together with interior design to strive the equilibrium of project cost in design stage.
Time is critical in all projects undertaken. We emphasise greatly in procurement process where long lead items shall be procured timely to meet construction schedule. We ensure design confirmation and project scheduling being coordinated to prevent materials storage during construction stage.
Construction schedule is our upmost priority in delivering the project as committed. Apart schedule, we ensure the work is being carried out in accordance to the quality acceptance and health and safety requirement at site. Our project team will closely monitor and coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring project deliverables are met.
Testing and Commissioning
Every project we deliver, we ensure it is being delivered with the intended purposes. All works completed shall be tested and commissioned with the presence of customers. This will deliver the project to customers with the least maintenance in future.
