4點 眼睛保養~比皮膚護理更重要!視網膜上的視紫紅質,需要你這樣補充!

長久對著電腦不換姿勢,除了會影響頸部健康外,還會讓你的視力受損呢!一直坐著不動,從眼睛到手腳、都會造成血液不循環~以下4個動作,只要多做,讓視力達到保健的效果。

1. 注視物件時不要整臉轉
很多人當視線朝右,臉也向右轉。視線朝左,臉也向左轉~但這樣會讓眼周的肌肉無法運用到,如果想讓視力不受損,記得不要偷賴,每次注視物件時都不要整臉轉,多利用眼周肌肉。

2. 保健動作
視線與眼睛、臉都朝下,視線與眼睛、臉都朝上,多讓眼睛看不同地方,避免一整天都只注視一點,不要每次用電腦都用太久,記得要讓眼睛放鬆哦!

3. 太陽眼鏡
猛烈陽光下活動不但會增加眼睛的勞累, 而且進入眼睛的紫外光, 更會對眼睛造成損害,所以用戶外,應戴上能阻隔紫外光和品質良好的太陽眼鏡。

4. 補充營養
在螢光屏前工作時間過長,視網膜上的視紫紅質會被消耗掉,而視紫紅質主要由維他命A合成。所以多吃維他命A,能達到眼睛保健的效果。
