These rubber screen clothes with nylon fabric reinforced are flexible and light weight. It can replace the wire mesh without any modification of screen deck. The openings are moulded with tapper profile to reduce pegging or conventionally punched are used for light duty applications and for nominal sizing from 5mm to 100mm. The thickness of the rubber screen cloth ranged from 6mm to 60mm and can readily replace the wire mesh without screen deck modification. The disadvantage is poor definition of apertures with punching process, therefore not suitable for precise and efficient screening.
