Each capsule contains:
• Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 – 63mg
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011 – 2.6mg
Dosage (2 years and above):
Prevention or balancing intestinal microbiota: 1-2 capsules once daily, during or 30 minutes before food.
Restoration of intestinal microbiota: 2-3 capsules once daily, during or 30 minutes before food.
Children younger than 12 years, take 1 capsule once daily, during or 30 minutes before food. For children 2-5 years old, the capsule content must be diluted in a glass of water or milk or added to semi-solid food.
For adults, in case of inability to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsules can be mixed with food or a cold liquid.
