Kayumanis Properties Sdn Bhd 201301029274 (1059104-D) was incorporated in Malaysia on 25th May 2004. The core businesses of its subsidiary companies are property development, property management, marketing of properties and property investment. Our emphasis on differentiation and value creation as well as operational excellence has made our presence felt as a budding developer that focuses on niche projects.
In 2004, three partners took significant steps towards achieving their goal to be a full fledge developer and together they formed SALIENT.
On 27th January 2014, Kayumanis Properties Sdn Bhd has entered into a joint venture agreement to develop 3 pieces of adjoining land in Sri Aman, Puchong totaling 2.26 acres into residential development consisting 46 units of terrace houses. Kayumanis Properties Sdn Bhd has also entered into a joint venture agreement with land owner, Nusa Dutamas Sdn Bhd to develop 4 units of 3 storey semi-detached houses with sub-basement in Taman Sekamat, Cheras.
Kayumanis Properties Sdn Bhd is also providing project management services for other development companies, latest being the Nouvelle Industrial Park which comprises of 21 units of semi-detached factory in Kota Damansara. The project was successfully completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance obtained in December 2011.
