In a tweet, the ministry said that Johor alone detected four new clusters, namely the Jalan Seroja cluster, the Tampoi Lima cluster, the Jalan Digital construction site cluster and the Jalan Niaga cluster.
The Jalan Digital construction site cluster also involves Terengganu.
Meanwhile, on clusters in other states, Noor Hisham said there are the Bestari Rantau cluster in Selangor, Jalan KKIP Selatan cluster and Kampung Balibata cluster in Sabah, Jalan Abdul Aziz construction site cluster in Selangor, Persiaran Tasek cluster in Perak, Jalan Usaha cluster in Melaka, Sungai Ibor cluster in Negeri Sembilan, Bukit Sebukor cluster in Melaka, Jalan Sejahtera cluster in Kuala Lumpur, Batu Enam cluster in Perak, Bukit Gelugor cluster and Sawmill Luit cluster in Pahang.
The Jalan Abdul Aziz construction site cluster involving the Petaling district in Selangor was detected on Jan 20 after targeted screening at the construction site in Jalan Dato Abdul Aziz, Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.
A total of 56 individuals have tested positive so far.
Meanwhile, the Bestari Rantau cluster in Klang, Selangor was first detected during a targeted workplace screening at a factory in Taman Bestari, Rantau Panjang, Klang.
There were 80 individuals screened, of whom 16 have tested positive so far.
The Jalan Sejahtera cluster in Titiwangsa was first detected on Jan 20 after targeted screening at a supermarket. There were 93 individuals screened, of whom 15 have tested positive so far.
On the Jalan Digital construction site cluster involving Kulai, Johor and Hulu Terengganu in Terengganu, the index case was first detected on Jan 9 at Taman Perindustrian Kulai.
There were 120 individuals screened of whom 48 have tested positive so far.
The Jalan Niaga cluster involves Kota Tinggi and Kluang districts in Johor and was first detected after the index case tested positive on Jan 17 through symptomatic screenings.
A total of 91 individuals were screened with 56 individuals testing positive so far.
The Tampoi Lima cluster involves the Johor Bahru district and was first detected through targeted screenings in a company. There were 53 individuals screened of whom 26 have tested positive.
The Jalan Seroja cluster involves Kulai district in Johor. The index case was tested positive through symptomatic screenings. This cluster involves factory workers in Jalan Pekeliling Seroja, I-Park and Bandar Indahpura in Kulai.
There were 881 individuals screened of whom 10 tested positive.
The Jalan KKIP Selatan cluster in Sabah was detected on Jan 15. Until Jan 20, there were 125 individuals screened of whom 14 tested positive.
Another cluster in Sabah is Kampung Balibata in Beaufort and Sandakan. The index case tested positive through interstate travel screenings. There were 35 individuals screened and all have tested positive so far.
The Sungai Ibor cluster in Rembau district in Negeri Sembilan was detected after the index case tested positive through symptomatic screenings. This cluster involves students in a public institution. There were 138 individuals screened and 12 have tested positive so far.
The Batu Enam cluster involves the Batang Padang district in Perak. The index case was detected on Jan 14 from symptomatic screenings. There were 41 individuals screened of whom 12 have tested positive.
Another cluster in Perak is the Persiaran Tasek cluster in Batang Padang, Kinta, and Kuala Kangsar districts. The index case for this cluster was actually an Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) case and was reported positive on Jan 15.
This cluster involves factory workers with 181 individuals screened and 20 have tested positive.
The Bukit Sebukor construction site worker cluster is in Melaka. The index case tested positive on 19 Jan through close-contact screenings. There were 113 individuals screened of whom 28 have tested positive.
Another cluster in Melaka is Jalan Usaha cluster which involves Melaka Tengah, Alor Gajah and Jasin districts. The index case tested positive on Jan 18 through symptomatic screenings. There were 196 individuals screened of whom 36 have tested positive.
The Sawmill Luit cluster in Maran and Kuantan districts in Pahang was detected on Jan 14 through symptomatic screenings. There were 48 individuals screened of whom 19 have tested positive.
Noor Hisham added another cluster in Pahang is the Bukit Gelugor cluster in Kuantan. The index case tested positive on Jan 13 through symptomatic screenings. There were 102 individuals screened of whom 22 tested positive.
