职业说明 | 1. Manage the purchasing of parts to meet profit margin, customers’ cost and delivery schedule. This includes sourcing of suppliers, negotiation with suppliers on the payment and credit terms. 2. Utilize the system for purchase order, tracking of orders, management of inventory levels. 3. Keep customers abreast of the ETA and advise them promptly if there is delay. 4. Liaise with external parties; freight forwarders and suppliers; and internal parts; Sales Engineers, storekeeper and delivery personnel; to ensure timely delivery to customers. |

技能要求 | 1. ITE or Diploma in Engineering, fresh graduate are welcome. 2. Preferably with at least one year of purchasing experience. 3. Independent and self-motivated 4. Preferably with at least 1 year experience in UBS or related purchasing software. 5. To work in Woodlands, Singapore. |
