Tanggungjawab	•Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations. •Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production. •Works with the leads and production team to develop and track against a production plan reflective of the sales demand. •Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved. •Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates with the team and with the management. •Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. •Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. •Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff. •Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.
