The new range of ADVANCE PLUS electric ovens has a built-in operating control system with a touch control screen, and 4 cooking modes: steam, combination, regeneration and convection (up to 572 ºF). As well as operating in manual mode, the user may select the "Fagor Cooking" mode (Fagor-recommended or own recipes), or the "Fagor Easy" mode designed for those seeking an easy life. The Fagor Multi-Tray System allows for flexible cooking of different types of dishes at the same time, with individual control over time and temperature of each tray and no flavor transfer. Fagor USB allows for easy uploading and downloading of recipes and documentation of HACCP data. The required voltage for the Advance plus electric ovens is 208-240V /3 Ph/ 60Hz.
