The founder if this Manufacturing Medicine Company, Mr. Cheah Choy has begun a company named Shanghai Uniflex Company in year 1977. In order to comply the Ministry of Health requirement, the business was converted into a company named S.H. Uniflex Chinese Medical Factory Sdn. Bhd. in year 2003.
The company started the business from a shop lot at Taman Sri Tebrau in year 1977. Furthermore, in year 1982, the company has relocated to No.18, Jalan Banang, Taman Johor where near our current factory in order to expand the business. Since year 1994, the company has been classified under the “Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulation 1984” compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) which is required as one of the conditions to be considered in the evaluating of applications for a manufacturing license.
Moreover, in year 1998, our founder purchased a new land and built the current factory based on the guidelines and requirements of GMP in order to fulfills the standards of manufacturing and ensure that our consumers receive the products with high quality. Our products are majority sold in Traditional Medicine Halls throughout Malaysia and Singapore.
We currently manage our house brand, "Uniflex" and produce a variety of Chinese proprietary medicinal products in the form of pills, liquid, powders, capsules and tea bags. On top of our self-manufactured products, we also carry products from a variety of brands. We use high quality ingredients and advanced machineries in our manufacturing process so as to guarantee a high standard in our products and ensure our customers are provided with top quality products.
